1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the k777 platform and all its services. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the k777 website, mobile application and all services provided through them. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the Platform.

By accessing the k777 platform or starting to use any service, you will automatically be considered to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Key Definitions

• Account: A user's personal registered profile on the k777 platform.
• Balance: The total amount of funds held in a user's account, where the cash balance and bonus balance are calculated separately.
• Bonus Balance: An amount received through a promotion or offer that cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a user's identity.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Anyone applying to open an account on the k777 platform must meet the following conditions.

Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the k777 platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. k777 may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

Required Conditions for Registration

• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. False or misleading information must not be submitted.
• Account ownership cannot be transferred. Operating an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• If personal information changes, k777's support team must be notified immediately.
• After registration, the KYC verification process must be completed — especially before making a withdrawal.

Geographic Restrictions

Access to k777's services may be restricted or prohibited from certain regions or countries. It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with the local laws of their own country.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to ensure the security of their k777 account. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept completely confidential.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out after use.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the k777 platform.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted.
• Whether any fee applies to a deposit depends on the policy of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit and must be registered in the user's own name.
• k777 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before funds earned from a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

k777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer applies subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus, up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
• Multiple accounts from the same individual or household may not claim a bonus.
• If a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted, all winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited.
• k777 reserves the right to change, limit or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Certain games or categories may not be approved for bonus wagering.

6 VIP Program

The k777 VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular use and activity.

Weekly Cashback Benefits

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total bets placed minus total winnings).

VIP Terms

• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
• VIP status will be cancelled if the user is found to be involved in fraudulent activity.
• k777 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting activities on the k777 platform are conducted on the basis of honesty and fairness. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure unbiased outcomes.

• In each game session, a user may only use the balance in their own account.
• There is an option to raise an objection regarding a game result — please contact the support team.
• Incorrect payouts arising from a technical fault in any game will be considered void.
• For sports betting, if odds change, k777 may update them without notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k777 platform. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using false information to obtain a bonus or promotion.
• Using software bots, automated scripts or other techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion or cheating in coordination with other players.
• Identifying or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

k777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms is detected.
• KYC information is incomplete or found to be false.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent financial activity or fraud.
• A technical investigation is required.

A user may also voluntarily close their account. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance — however, the bonus balance and any unmet wagering will be considered void.

10 Responsible Gaming

k777 always gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. It is every user's moral responsibility to follow the responsible gaming policy.
